Brief Specification Description: This project plans to renovate the central air conditioning and pipelines of the administrative teaching complex building of the Party School of Pudong New Area District Committee in Shanghai, including the removal and renovation of air conditioning water pipelines, the installation of supporting pipeline components such as valves, flexible joints, filters, rubber insulation for pipelines and equipment, and the addition of moisture-proof layers and metal protective layers (specific quantities and requirements are detailed in the bill of quantities and drawings)

4. 具有建筑机电安装工程专业承包三级及以上资质；
5. 具有安全生产许可证（有效期内）；
6. 拟派项目负责人具有机电工程专业二级及以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在建的建设工程项目的项目负责人；
7. 业绩要求：无；
8. 其他要求：无。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3. It must be a legal entity established within the territory of China in accordance with the law; 4. Having a third level or higher qualification for professional contracting of building mechanical and electrical installation engineering; 5. Having a valid safety production license; 6. The proposed project leader shall have a second level or above registered construction engineer qualification in mechanical and electrical engineering, a valid safety production assessment certificate, and shall not serve as the project leader of any other ongoing construction projects; 7. Performance requirements: none; 8. Other requirements: None.
