简要规则描述：为提高生活垃圾分类投放便利化水平，提升可回收物回收体系的稳定性，按照市级下达的建设指标，完成垃圾分类精品示范居住区创建及投放点智能改造提升。2025年拟对多个小区实施精品示范居住区创建，投放点智能改造提升工程，投放点微更新等。主要内容包括拆除工程、基础工程、地面工程、墙面工程、垃圾房、安装工程等。（具体数量及要求详见工程量清单/图纸。）
Brief Specification Description: To enhance the convenience of classified disposal of domestic waste and improve the stability of the recyclable waste recycling system, in accordance with the construction indicators issued by the municipal government, the creation of high-quality demonstration residential areas for waste classification and the intelligent transformation and upgrading of disposal points will be completed. In 2025, it is planned to carry out the creation of high-quality demonstration residential areas in multiple communities, the intelligent transformation and upgrading project of distribution points, and the micro-update of distribution points, etc. The main contents include demolition works, foundation works, ground works, wall works, garbage rooms, installation works, etc. (For specific quantities and requirements, please refer to the bill of quantities/drawings.)
合同履约期限：本项目施工工期60日历天，计划开工日期：2025年8月10日（暂定，具体开工日期以采购人通知为准）
The Contract Period: The construction period of this project is 60 calendar days. The planned start date is August 10, 2025 (tentative. The exact start date is subject to the notice from the purchaser).

(c)本项目的特定资格要求：1、未被“信用中国”（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、中国政府采购网（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法失信主体、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单；
2、须系我国境内依法设立的法人组织；
3、具有建筑工程施工总承包三级及其以上资质；
4、具有安全生产许可证（有效期内）；
5、拟派项目负责人具有建筑工程专业二级及其以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在建的建设工程项目的项目负责人；
6、业绩要求：无；
7、其他要求：无。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1. Not listed as a dishonest executive, a major tax violation and dishonest entity, or a record of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement on the websites of "Credit China" (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and China government procurement network (www.ccgp.gov.cn); 2. It must be a legal person organization established in accordance with the law within the territory of China; 3. Possess a Grade 3 or above general contracting qualification for construction projects; 4. Possess a valid work safety license; 5. The proposed project leader should hold a second-level or higher registered constructor professional qualification in the field of building engineering, possess a valid certificate of qualification for safety production assessment, and not be concurrently serving as the project leader of any other ongoing construction project. 6.
