简要规则描述：本工程计划对洋泾街道居住小区31 个点位垃圾箱房在微更新的基础上实施专项更新，主要工作内容包括：修铺地砖地坪，安装伸缩雨棚、存桶区树脂瓦钢结构棚；天棚抹灰、原有砖墙面层清洗；一米花园建设、文化墙建设；科技赋能，安装精细化分类箱体；智能投口改造；垃圾房门头招牌建设；屋面防水；给排水管安装等。（具体数量及要求详见工程量清单及图纸。）
Brief Specification Description: This project plans to implement special updates on the 31 garbage bin rooms in the residential community of Yangjing Street on the basis of micro updates. The main work includes: repairing and laying floor tiles, installing retractable rain shelters, and resin tile steel structure sheds in the bucket storage area; Ceiling plastering and cleaning of existing brick wall layers; Construction of a one meter garden and cultural wall; Empowered by technology, install refined classification boxes; Intelligent nozzle transformation; Construction of signage at the entrance of the garbage room; Roof waterproofing; Installation of water supply and drainage pipes, etc. (For specific quantities and requirements, please refer to the bill of quantities and drawings.)

（6）拟派项目负责人具有建筑工程专业二级及以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在建的建设工程项目的项目负责人；
（7）业绩要求：无；
（8）其他要求：无。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) It must be a legal entity or an unincorporated organization established within the territory of China in accordance with the law (this project does not accept branch companies participating in procurement activities in their own name); (4) Having a third level or higher qualification for general contracting of construction projects; (5) Having a valid safety production license; (6) The proposed project leader has a registered construction engineer qualification of Level 2 or above in the field of construction engineering, a valid safety production assessment certificate, and has not served as the project leader of any other ongoing construction projects; (7) Performance requirements: none; (8) Other requirements: None.
