简要规则描述：本项目西起唐镇友谊河，东至潘家路，长约 0.47 公里，规划河口宽 20 米。为配合项目主体工程推进，拟对通信管线及设备进行搬迁，以保证通信线路的安全及畅通等，本项目一次性搬迁到位，搬迁前后光电缆设备容量、段落长度、拓扑结构基本一致，搬迁尽量减少通信中断时间。（具体数量及要求详见工程量清单及图纸）
Brief Specification Description: This project starts from Tang Zhen Friendship River in the west and ends at Panjia Road in the east, with a length of about 0.47km and a planned estuary width of 20m. In order to cooperate with the main project of the project, it is planned to relocate the communication pipelines and equipment to ensure the safety and smoothness of communication lines. This project is relocated in one time, and the capacity, paragraph length and topological structure of optical cable equipment are basically the same before and after relocation, so as to minimize the communication interruption time. (See the bill of quantities and drawings for specific quantities and requirements)

（4）具有通信工程施工总承包三级及其以上资质；
（5）具有安全生产许可证（有效期内）；
（6）拟派项目负责人具有通信与广电工程专业一级注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在建的建设工程项目的项目负责人；
（7）业绩要求：无；
（8）其他要求：无。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) It must be a legal person or an unincorporated organization established in China according to law (this project does not accept branches to participate in procurement activities in their own names); (4) Having the qualification of Grade III and above in general contracting of communication engineering construction; (5) Having a safety production license (within the validity period); (6) The person in charge of the proposed project has the qualification of a first-class registered construction engineer in communication and radio and television engineering, has a valid certificate of safety production assessment, and has not served as the person in charge of other construction projects under construction; (7) Performance requirements: None; (8) Other requirements: None.
