简要规则描述：项目包含新做木桩护坡675米，对原有破损小木桩外侧新做小木桩护坡长度约190米，村内10条河道进行岸坡垃圾清理及平整，面积约3920平方米；农宅风貌提升总面积为21556平方米腻子批嵌+外墙涂料，1615平方米铲粉+刷界面剂一道+腻子批嵌+外墙涂料，搭外墙脚手架10929平方米；新做小三园仿竹围栏2623米，新做钢质防撞护栏383米等（具体数量及要求详见工程量清单）
Brief Specification Description: The project includes the construction of new wooden pile slope protection of 675 meters, the construction of new small wooden pile slope protection on the outside of original damaged small wooden pile with a length of about 190 meters, the cleaning and leveling of riverbank slopes and garbage in 10 village rivers with an area about 3920 square meters; the total area of farmhouse style improvement is 21556 square meters for plastering exterior wall paint, 615 square meters for shoveling powder brushing interface agent one time plastering exterior wall paint, building exterior wall scaffolding 10929 meters; new small garden bamboo-style fence 2623 meters, new steel anti-collision fence 383 meters, etc. (For specific quantities and, see the bill of quantities).

（6）拟派项目负责人具有市政公用工程专业二级及以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书
（7）专门面向中小企业。
