1. Purchase Contents:

The procurement target is the import customs clearance agency service for the Tiankun , with a required completion date of October 1 , 2025. The specific matters are as follows:

1. Material List: Tiankun (see Appendix 1 for details)

2. Estimated arrival time : September 25 , 2025

3. Exit Port: Guangzhou, China

4. Port of entry: Tema Port , Ghana

5. Mode of transportation: self-propelled

6. Number of people on board: about 30

7. Import port name: China Harbour Engineering Company Limited

8. Import method : Temporary import for overseas contracting projects

2. Payment method and cycle

This project will be paid by wire transfer (payable within one month after customs clearance ) in accordance with the contract agreement.

The payment period is subject to the quotation agreed upon by the supplier in the bidding documents.

If the owner fails to pay the funds in full, the bidder agrees that the inquiring party may delay payment.

3. Bidding Time

Inquiry deadline: X:X:X on X/X/XXXX . The specific time shall be subject to the notification of CCCC supply chain management system.

5. Performance and Quality Deposit

No performance or quality deposit will be charged for this inquiry .

Note: Performance bond and quality assurance deposit will not be collected repeatedly.

6. Quotation Composition

The acquisition of procurement documents and the delivery of quotation documents should be done through the CCCC Supply Chain Management System (http://empm.ccccltd.cn/) to download and upload files and save the files.

The tenderee will not accept any bid documents that have not been successfully uploaded within the deadline. If a bid bond is required, please provide the bank remittance receipt for the bid bond along with the bid documents for future reference.

1. Quotation documents: One original electronic quotation , including one PDF quotation sheet with the company's official seal (another Excel quotation sheet), and indicating the value-added tax rate, delivery date, etc. The quotation sheet must not be omitted, otherwise it will be deemed invalid.

Suppliers who have not signed a contract with our company must provide a brief introduction to their company, business license, general taxpayer certificate, bank account opening permit, quality system certificate, audited financial statements for the past three years, and a scanned copy of the legal representative's ID card along with their quotation for reference.

The content of this inquiry includes the import verification of Tiankun at the special port, port fees , pilotage fees (if mandatory requirements of the port), tugboat fees, transport vessel fees, terminal berthing fees, arrival report, port construction fees, anchorage occupation fees, tally fees, crew entry fees, customs declaration fees, inspection and quarantine fees, agency fees, tonnage fees and other related costs of ship import customs clearance.
