简要规则描述：本项目拟通过公开采购的方式，选取一家合格供应商，对合庆镇29个村区域的农村秸秆垃圾进行循环利用。主要包括对合庆镇全镇29个村区域内的农田及农户产生的农业废弃物（稻麦秸秆、果树苗木树枝、蔬菜瓜果藤蔓等）进行粉碎处置，将粉碎后的料收运返还在合庆镇区域内（如林地、粮地等）作为肥料，并处置、清运杂草等。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）
Brief Specification Description: This project aims to select a qualified supplier through open procurement to promote the recycling of rural straw waste in 29 villages of Heqing Town. The main activities include crushing and disposing of agricultural waste (such as rice and wheat straw, fruit tree branches, vegetable and fruit vines, etc.) generated from farmland and households across the 29 villages of Heqing Town. The crushed material will be transported and returned to areas within Heqing Town (such as forests and farmlands) as fertilizer, along with the disposal and removal of weeds. (For details, refer to Chapter 3 of the Procurement Requirements Document.)
合同履约期限：一年，暂定2025年11月01日至2026年10月31日，具体以合同签订日期为准。
The Contract Period: One year, tentatively from November 1, 2025 to October 31, 2026, subject to the date of contract signing.
