Tendering Announcement

The tenderee of the tender project is VETROZELENA D.O.O. BEOGRAD (hereinafter referred to as "bidder"), which is a joint venture incorporated under the framework of both POWERCHINA and . It adopts the joint construction and management mode to build, operate VETROZELENA 300 MW WIND POWER PLANT PROJECT (hereinafter referred to as ― Project) located in Pančevo Municipality, Serbia.

Project has met the terms of tender, and are to be procured by open tendering via the following means:

I. The basic data of the Project are as follows

1. Project name: VETROZELENA 300 MW WIND POWER PLANT PROJECT.

2. Tender inviter: VETROZELENA D.O.O. BEOGRAD.

3. Location: This project is located in the city of Pancevo, central Serbia. Covering an area of approximately 4,500 hectares, the wind farm is situated about 20 km from downtown Pancevo and approximately 40 km east of the capital city Belgrade.

4. Project scale: The project has a total installed capacity of 300 MW, comprising 48 wind turbine generators at 6.25 MW each.

III. Tender Document Acquisition

Interested bidders may obtain the tender documents by sending a request to the following

At the same time, Company for intermediation in insurance ACB d.o.o will send an invitation to tender to all the licenced insrrance companies which registered in National Bank Serbia..

IV. Deadline and site for submission of bidding documents

All the bidding documents shall be submitted on or before 10:00 on 5th March, 2026 to the following address: Omladinskih brigada 90v, floor VIII，land plot 6805/1 CM Novi Beograd, Serbia.

Bids failing to submit the bid bond or submitted beyond the deadline will be rejected.

V. Bid opening time and site

The bids are proposed to be opened at 10:30 on 5th March, 2026, in Omladinskih brigada 90v, floor VIII，land plot 6805/1 CM Novi Beograd, Serbia.
