简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：本项目拟通过公开招标的方式，选择一家合格的供应商为上海市浦东新区浦南幼儿园提供两员服务。上海市浦东新区浦南幼儿园共有5个分部，分别为：云莲部：位于东明路600弄25号；东城部：位于东绣路568号；锦和部：位于东绣路1260号；陆家嘴部：位于灵山路609号；潍坊部：位于王家宅62号。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: This project intends to select a qualified supplier through open bidding to provide two member services for Punan Kindergarten in Pudong New Area, Shanghai. Pudong New Area Punan Kindergarten in Shanghai has 5 branches, namely: Yunlian Branch: located at No. 25, Lane 600, Dongming Road; Dongcheng District: located at 568 Dongxiu Road; Jinhe Department: located at 1260 Dongxiu Road; Lujiazui Branch: located at 609 Lingshan Road; Weifang branch: located at No. 62 Wangjiazhai. (Please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements for details)
合同履约期限：2025年09月01日至2026年08月31日。

(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：（1）落实预留份额措施，提高中小企业在政府采购中的份额，扶持中小企业政策：本项目专门面向中小企业采购，评审时中小企业产品均不执行价格折扣优惠。（2）残疾人福利性单位，并将其视同小微型企业。
(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement measures to reserve quotas, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support policies for small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specifically aimed at purchasing from small and medium-sized enterprises, and price discounts will not be implemented for their products during evaluation. (2) Welfare units for disabled people and treat them as small and micro enterprises.
