简要规则描述：本项目主要对合庆镇海塘等7个村存在污水管道开裂变形、脱节等损坏管道实施修复。主要工作内容包括但不仅限于DN300管道非开挖修复；DN150、DN250、DN500等原有管道拆除；DN250、DN300、DN500等双壁缠绕管安装；沥青道路修复；绿化修复；一体式污水提升泵站安装等相关工作。（具体数量及要求详见工程量清单及图纸。）
Brief Specification Description: This project mainly aims to repair the damaged sewage pipelines, such as cracking, deformation, and disconnection, in 7 villages including Haitang in Heqing Town. The main job responsibilities include but are not limited to non excavation repair of DN300 pipelines; Demolition of existing pipelines such as DN150, DN250, DN500, etc; Installation of double wall wrapped pipes such as DN250, DN300, DN500, etc; Asphalt road repair; Greening restoration; Installation of integrated sewage lifting pump station and related work. (For specific quantities and requirements, please refer to the bill of quantities and drawings.)

（4）具有市政公用工程施工总承包三级及以上资质；
（5）具有安全生产许可证（有效期内）；
（6）拟派项目负责人具有市政公用工程专业二级及其以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在建的建设工程项目的项目负责人；
（7）业绩要求：无；
（8）其他要求：无。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) It must be a legal entity established within the territory of China in accordance with the law; (4) Having a third level or higher qualification for general contracting of municipal public works construction; (5) Having a valid safety production license; (6) The proposed project leader has a registered construction engineer qualification of Level 2 or above in municipal public works, a valid safety production assessment certificate, and has not served as the project leader of any other ongoing construction projects; (7) Performance requirements: none; (8) Other requirements: None.
