简要规则描述：对规划一路南起咸塘浜北侧，向北约120米后转向东至莱阳路，实施长度约390m，红线宽度8米的规划一路路面采用局部补强、整体铣刨加罩、水泥路面白改黑、侧平石、雨水口等附属设施修复。具体工程要点为车行道翻挖修缮，侧平石翻挖修缮以及出入口的翻挖修缮。
Brief Specification Description: For the planned road No. 1, which starts from the north side of Xiantang River in the south, turns north for 120 meters and then turns east to Laiyang Road, the road surface of the planned Road No. 1, with a length of approximately 390 meters and a red line width of 8 meters, will be repaired by local reinforcement, overall milling and covering, white-to-black cement pavement, side leveling stones, rainwater inlets and other ancillary facilities.
