简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：本项目拟通过公开招标的方式，选择一家合格的供应商为上海市浦东新区东园幼儿园提供两员服务。东园幼儿园共有2个分部，其中：东昌部位于浦东新区东园一村136号；商城部位于浦东新区商城路1433号。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: This project intends to select a qualified supplier through open bidding to provide two member services for Dongyuan Kindergarten in Pudong New Area, Shanghai. Dongyuan Kindergarten has two branches, among which Dongchang Branch is located at No. 136 Dongyuan Village, Pudong New Area; The shopping mall is located at 1433 Shangcheng Road, Pudong New Area. (Please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements for details)
合同履约期限：2025年09月01日至2026年08月31日。

(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：（1）落实预留份额措施，提高中小企业在政府采购中的份额，扶持中小企业政策：本项目专门面向中小企业采购，评审时中小企业产品均不执行价格折扣优惠。（2）残疾人福利性单位，并将其视同小微型企业。
