Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: Mainly engaged in technical auxiliary work such as sampling, identification, inspection and quarantine requiring certain professional skills, collection, archiving and consulting of professional technical standards at home and abroad, as well as professional storage, delivery and transportation of sensitive food and cosmetics, toxic and harmful biological pharmaceuticals, and dangerous chemicals. (For details, please refer to Part III - Service Requirement Document of the bidding documents.)
合同履约期限：一年。

(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：本采购项目执行政府采购有关鼓励支持创新、绿色发展以及支持中小企业、福利企业等政策规定。
(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: This procurement project implements the policy provisions of government procurement that encourage and support innovation, green development, as well as support for small and medium-sized enterprises, welfare enterprises, etc.
(c)本项目的特定资格要求：1、符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条的规定
2、未被“信用中国”（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、中国政府采购网（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单
3、具有人社局颁发的有效期内的劳务派遣经营许可证；
4、为采购项目提供整体设计、规范编制或者项目管理、监理、检测等服务的潜在投标人，不得参加本项目的采购活动；
5、单位负责人为同一人或者存在直接控股、管理关系的不同潜在投标人，不得参加同一合同项下的政府采购活动；
6、本项目不允许转包；
7、本项目专门面向中小微企业采购。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3. Have a valid labor dispatch business license issued by the human resources and social security bureau;
4. Potential bidders providing overall design, specification preparation, or project management, supervision, testing and other services for the procurement project shall not participate in the procurement activities of this project;
5. Different potential bidders with the same unit responsible person or with direct holding or management relationships shall not participate in the government procurement activities under the same contract;
6. Subcontracting is not allowed in this project;
7. This project is specially procured for small, medium and micro enterprises.
