合同履约期限：本项目工期90天，合同履行期限为自合同签订之日起至项目竣工验收结束。        

The Contract Period: The construction period of the project is 90 days, and the contract performance period shall be from the date of signing the contract until the completion and acceptance of the project.

(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；

(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";

(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：（1）落实预留份额措施，提高中小企业在政府采购中的份额，扶持中小企业政策：本项目专门面向中小企业采购，评审时中小企业产品均不执行价格折扣优惠。
（2）扶持残疾人福利性单位，并将其视同小微型企业。        

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Measures for implementing reserved shares to increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in government procurement and policies for supporting SMEs: This project is exclusively open to SMEs for procurement. No price discount preference shall be applied to products provided by SMEs during the evaluation.
(2) Support welfare units for persons with disabilities, which shall be regarded as micro and small enterprises.        

(c)本项目的特定资格要求：3.1具备建筑工程施工总承包三级或以上资质；具有有效期内的安全生产许可证；拟派项目经理具有建筑工程专业二级及以上注册建造师资格；
3.2本项目不接受组成联合体响应。        

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3.1 Possess a Grade 3 or higher qualification for General Contracting of Construction Engineering; hold a valid Safety Production License; the proposed Project Manager shall hold a Grade 2 or higher Registered Constructor qualification in the Construction Engineering discipline.
3.2 The project does not accept responses from consortiums.        

(i)符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条的规定；
