(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: Implement reserved quota measures to increase SME share in government procurement. SME support policy: This project is exclusively procured for SMEs, with no price deduction preference for SME products during evaluation. (2) Support welfare units for persons with disabilities, treating them as micro-enterprises.
