简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：主要是通过日常运维保障确保政务外网的安全性和连续性，消除可能出现的各种意外事件。完善体制机制，确保本维护项目所涉及的网络与设备的正常、稳定、可靠运行，及时响应和解决问题，有效地减少网络维护响应时间，提高整个网络运行工作的质量和效率，从而确保网络正常运行，并根据国家相关法律法规政策的变化及新区具体业务的发展，对网络进行相应的调整和修改。（具体详见第三章服务需求书）。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: Mainly through the daily operation and maintenance to ensure the security and continuity of the government extranet, and eliminate all kinds of accidents that may occur. Improve the system and mechanism to ensure the normal, stable and reliable operation of the network and equipment involved in this maintenance project, respond and solve problems in time, effectively reduce the response time of network maintenance, improve the quality and efficiency of the whole network operation, so as to ensure the normal operation of the network, and make corresponding adjustments and modifications to the network according to the changes of relevant national laws, regulations and policies and the development of specific businesses in the new district. (See Chapter 3 Service Requirements for details).
合同履约期限：本项目服务期限为自合同签订之日起一年。
The Contract Period: The service period of this project is one year from the date of signing the contract.

(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：（1）扶持中小企业政策：本项目不是专门面向中小企业采购，评审时小型和微型企业享受10%的价格折扣。（2）残疾人福利性单位，并将其视同小微型企业。
