SUBJECT:Request for Quotation for Customs Clearance, Transportation, and Offloading Services for Incoming Containers and Equipment

Dear sir,

We, China Harbour Engineering Company (CHEC), as the contractor of GPHA, are seeking a qualified service provider to handle customs clearance, transportation, and offloading services for our incoming sea-freight cargo. This shipment includes 13 containers, 1 anchor boat, and a batch of bulk cargo, with detailed information provided in the attached cargo list. The estimated arrival period is from 1 November to 5 December 2025.

Please provide your quotation for each category of cargo based on the service items listed below:

Notes:

(1) Quotations must specify the currency. This quotation excludes taxes and fees. Invoices will be issued in the form of formal invoices.

(2) The quotation must include all costs (transport cost form Tema port to site, shippling line charges, terminal handling charges, E-tracker divices,intervention/supervision fee, hire of reachstacker & forklift to offloading at site cost, insurance bond ). The aforementioned quotation shall remain no changed throughout the entire customs clearance process, and no additional charges shall be incurred.

(3)Quotation deadline time limit:1^th November 2025.

(4)Quotation Method:Email with the sign and stamped quotation in the attachment.

(5)Please also provide all the company's business license and other relevant certificates.

(6)The final all PL,CI and BOL will be sent if the quotation satisfied us.
