简要规则描述：为补齐西康地区新建小区周边道路治安监控盲点短板，拟在18号线地铁站周边、御秀路、御衡路、渡桥路、康泽路等道路安装道路治安监控设施30套，包括立杆、开挖排线、后台接入等；拟在康林公寓和双秀西园小区内安装治安监控设施，将周康一村、二村、康花新村、人和新村等10个老旧小区治安监控接入镇城运平台。（具体数量及要求详见工程量清单及图纸。）
Brief Specification Description: To address the gaps in road security surveillance around newly developed residential areas in the Xikang region, it is planned to install 30 sets of road security surveillance facilities along the periphery of Metro Line 18, Yuxiu Road, Yuheng Road, Duqiao Road, and Kangze Road, including pole installation, trenching and cable laying, and backend integration. Additionally, security surveillance facilities will be installed in Kanglin Apartment and Shuangxiu West Garden Residential Area, while connecting the surveillance systems of 10 aging communities—such as Zhongkang 1st and 2nd Villages, Kanghua New Village, and Renhe New Village—to the town's urban management platform. (For specific quantities and requirements, please refer to the bill of quantities and drawings.)

4.具有电子与智能化工程专业承包二级及以上资质；
5.具有安全生产许可证（有效期内）；
6.拟派项目负责人具有机电工程专业二级及其以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在建的建设工程项目的项目负责人；
7.业绩要求：无；

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3. It must be a legal entity established within the territory of China in accordance with the law; 4. Possess a second level or higher qualification for electronic and intelligent engineering contracting; 5. Possess a valid safety production license; 6. The proposed project leader shall have a second level or above registered construction engineer qualification in mechanical and electrical engineering, a valid safety production assessment certificate, and shall not serve as the project leader of other ongoing construction projects; 7. Performance requirements: None; 8. Other requirements: None.
