1.招标条件

本招标项目菲律宾帕赛吹填开发项目（1期）水工工程招标人为 CHINA HARBOUR ENGINEERING COMPANY ，招标项目资金来自自筹出资比例为 100% 。该项目已具备招标条件，现对土工布采购进行公开招标。

2.项目概况与招标范围

2.1建设地点：菲律宾马尼拉帕赛市

2.2规模：内、外护岸及河床防护施工，护岸总长度12.21km，其中内护岸6.9km，外护岸5.31km，全部为斜坡式护岸，抛石结构，河床防护总面积77万m2。

2.3建设工期：合同工期33个月（含缺陷责任期12个月）。（工期为暂定工期，具体时间以招标人采购任务书为准，投标人需要充分考虑由此带来的各项风险）。

2.4 采购范围：土工布。

2.5 交货期：预计2026年2月起分三批交货，实际交货日期、数量以询价单位通知为准。

2.6 交货地点：菲律宾马尼拉施工现场，地址为Brgy. 76, Outpost J.W. Diokno BoulevardPasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines (in front of Senate of the Philippines) 。

For the last four items of durability, i.e. the “Resistance to weathering (UV)”, “Resistance to oxidization (50 years)”, “Microbiological resistance” and” Chemical resistance”, if the raw material supply, the production technology and the process and stabilization of the product have not been subject to a significant process change, tests certificates valid within 5 years should be provided by the geotextiles venders in accordance with EN 13252. The four durability testing items are not required to do the ongoing test to represent each batch or every 30,000 m2 对于最后四项耐久性，即“耐候性（UV）”、“耐氧化性（50年）”、“耐微生物性”和“耐化学性”，如果原材料供应、生产技术和产品的工艺和稳定性未发生重大工艺变化，土工织物供应商应根据 EN 13252 提供 5 年内有效的测试证书,四个耐久性测试项目不要求以每批次或每30000平方米为代表进行持续测试。
